Learn more about vine Church London

History
The Vine Church was founded by Pastor Aluizio Silva in 1999 in the city of Goiânia, Brazil. From the outset, the church placed an emphasis on Life Groups and experienced rapid growth. By 2005, it had over 10,000 members and It was then that the Lord challenged us to start a church planting movement, initially in Brazil and later in various countries around the world. Today, we have over 1,100 churches in 35 different countries. In England, the work began in 2011 and today, in the United Kingdom, we have 7 churches and hundreds of adults and children as members.
We believe in the universal priesthood of all beievers; we believe that we are all called by God; we believe there is no division between clergy and laity; but we are all called to serve, get involved, and minister. This is why we are all ministers. Among us, you will be encouraged to serve and challenged to lead. We do this because we believe in your potential, we believe that God has not called you to be a mere spectator at the Sunday service, but to make a difference in our community.
Vision
“Our calling is to build a church of overcomers, where every member is a minister and every home an extension of the church, thereby conquering our generation and the next through Life Groups that multiply.” (Aluízio Silva)
